What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist providers and patients by discussing telehealth services and scheduling appointments
- Manage incoming calls and provide necessary information to patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-certifications/authorizations as needed
- Ensure the accuracy of all collected data while adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot connectivity issues for patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of experience in a medical setting or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate computer and technology skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Medical Assisting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience with Electronic Health Record software
