      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Measure and record vital signs and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR
      - Assist medical staff during patient examinations and maintain medical supplies
      - Provide patients with information regarding services and necessary preparations
      - Perform front office duties, including patient check-in/check-out and electronic scheduling
      - Conduct routine screening tests and assist with lab specimen collection as directed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; graduate of an accredited school of medical assisting preferred
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Medical Assistant
      - Experience in phlebotomy, lab work, and front office operations
      - Current CPR (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
      - Proven ability to work successfully with diverse populations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical Assistant certification through AAMA preferred
      - Skill certification through NIOSH or CAOHC preferred
      - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
