Job Description
- Req#: 16931BR
- Education: Associates Degree in Medical Assisting or successful completion and certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program or successful completion and certification from an accredited Emergency Response Technician program. In lieu of degree or certification a minimum of two years of experience as a Patient Care Technician or Medical Assistant.
- Experience (minimum required): Based on education requirement met.
- License/Certification Required: Based on education requirement met.
- Skills: (to include equipment, software, etc.): Effective interpersonal communication and problem solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively and courteously with others
Job Description
Maintain patient flow, supports providers, assists and promotes the delivery of primary and preventative health care. Performs technical procedures and clinically oriented activities under nursing supervision.
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
