What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front office support by greeting patients and ensuring medical records are prepared and current
- Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling follow-up appointments and collecting co-payments
- Provide back office support by measuring vital signs and recording reasons for patient visits
- Explain procedures, perform treatments, and administer prescribed medications under clinician supervision
- Collaborate with clinicians to ensure effective patient care and service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant certification from an accredited training program
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse individuals
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience as a working medical assistant
- Experience working with the Medicare population
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
