- Conduct follow-ups and update patient records through data entry.
- Answer inbound phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Order labs and relay lab results to patients.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and manage appointment scheduling.
- Perform triage and provide clinical support as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical Assisting.
- Diploma or certification in Medical Assisting preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records, specifically Athena EMR.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Experience in ordering labs and managing patient care.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with front desk operations.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is advantageous.
- Knowledge of insurance procedures is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
