Prepare exam and treatment rooms and assist patients during visits.
Collect and document patient history, vital signs, medications, allergies, and chief complaints in the EMR.
Assist with in-office procedures, catheter care, specimen collection, and patient education.
Process lab and diagnostic results, ensuring timely review and filing.
Coordinate patient flow and collaborate with front desk staff to optimize scheduling.
Support administrative tasks such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 6 months of relevant clinical experience.
Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting preferred.
National Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus.
CPR certification required.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
