What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical and administrative support to clinicians, assisting in patient examinations and treatments
- Manage patient flow and complete basic patient intake tasks, including vital signs and medical history collection
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing member concerns and coordinating care needs
- Facilitate referrals and authorizations between members and healthcare providers
- Perform telephonic history and pre-visit planning as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical assistant, preferably in a physician's office
- High school diploma required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred
- Current Driver's License and CPR/First Aid Certification required
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid benefits and medical terminology preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft programs and electronic medical records (EMR)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English/Spanish, English/Vietnamese, or English/Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) preferred
- Experience working with internal medicine offices highly preferred
