- Prepare exam rooms and patients for medical evaluations.
- Conduct routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and noting chief complaints.
- Perform basic lab tests including HET, AU, UPT, EKG, and others as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of instruments and exam rooms.
- Sterilize medical instruments.
- Follow daily procedures according to established protocols.
- Assist medical providers during examinations and procedures.
- Gather data and reports for monthly statistics.
- Provide support services to ensure smooth patient flow, including organizing charts and assisting with filing.
- Attend regular staff meetings.
- Help patients complete necessary questionnaires.
- Understand immunization schedules, safe administration techniques, storage and handling, correct documentation, and data entry for follow-up.
- Track and reschedule patients according to protocol.
- Be knowledgeable about patient education materials.
- Adhere to HIPAA and privacy policies.
- Participate actively in team-based care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience with Epic and electronic health record systems.
- Proficiency in medical assisting and patient care.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
