What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments for patients within a healthcare clinic setting
- Utilize computer systems and web-based applications for scheduling and patient management
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment-related inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must live within the Omaha Metro / Council Bluffs, IA area for in-person orientation and training
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment or a high-volume multichannel contact center
- Satisfactory completion of a formal Medical Assistant program or equivalent military training
- Experience with computer systems and web-based applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a scheduling role within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
