What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure clinical providers can focus on triaging and patient care
- Prepare clinical documentation and complete basic opening notes for acute Tele Triage visits
- Perform medication reconciliation for patients seen during Tele Triage visits
- Enter lab and imaging results into patient charts and document appropriate triage notes
- Communicate with facilities to gather information for providers and keep patients informed of recent visits and new orders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Certified Medical Assistant degree is a plus
- Typing speed of 45 words per minute or greater
- Medical scribing experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related position, particularly in medical scribing
- Strong communication skills for patient and provider interaction
