      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct initial outreach to new patients and gather intake information
      - Provide clear and accurate education to patients regarding the transplant process
      - Manage patient inquiries and coordinate care effectively through the call center
      - Perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately and timely
      - Greet and register patients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED; completion of a 6-month Phlebotomy Certificate program through an accredited school
      - Minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience
      - Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-Pbt) certification in Georgia
      - BLS certification required
      - Strong communication skills and ability to maintain quality control standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of invasive procedures for capillary and venous blood withdrawal
      - Demonstrated ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
      - Familiarity with EPIC and Lab/Radiology Information Systems
      - Competence in managing a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations
