What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document patient encounters in real-time during examinations and consultations
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records by capturing relevant clinical information
- Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks, such as managing patient flow and scheduling
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Serve as backup to the front desk coordinator by answering phones and assisting patients and staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Certified CMA or RMA, certification exam by AAMA or AMT preferred
- Bi-Lingual is a plus, preferably Spanish

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare administrative role
- Certification in medical scribing or related field
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices
