What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure clients receive full reimbursements through accurate claims processing
- Perform data entry, including demographics, charge submissions, and payment postings
- Investigate claim denials and follow up on accounts receivable
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies and clients via phone and email
- Stay compliant with billing regulations through regular training and skill updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Medical billing knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid billing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
