      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage electronic clearinghouse to ensure claims are corrected and submitted daily for assigned clinics
      - Supervise the efficiency of electronic data exchange to maintain claim accuracy and enrollment
      - Work on unresolved claim issues and report trends to supervisors and client success managers
      - Communicate with internal and external customers through phone and written correspondence
      - Maintain patient confidentiality while managing sensitive medical information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of two years of related experience in a business, medical, or technical environment
      - Previous experience in a medical office setting and/or with Electronic Medical Record software
      - Ability to effectively recognize and resolve problems within given time requirements
      - Flexibility to learn new tools and processes as required

      - Experience with electronic claims management systems
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
