  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide support to customers of the Support Center, including patients, referral sources, and employees
  - Conduct insurance verification and eligibility for services/products
  - Manage all aspects of initial intake, including answering calls and processing paperwork
  - Develop and maintain knowledge of current products and services, insurance regulations, and guidelines
  - Process new orders and respond to inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or GED equivalent
  - Background check and drug screen compliance (when applicable)
  - Valid driver’s license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
  - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  - Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with medical equipment
  - Knowledge of medical billing practices and reimbursement
  - Background in healthcare administration, patient intake, or insurance verification
  - One year of related work experience
  - Familiarity with medical terminology
