What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee teams performing revenue cycle functions across multiple clients, ensuring consistent service delivery
- Manage team metrics, including productivity and quality measures, and client-specific service level agreements
- Facilitate client-facing meetings, including creating agendas and supporting materials
- Collaborate with shared services for onboarding new clients and staff, including training and system access
- Review and approve employee time, including time-off and client billable hours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience in a multi-facility, integrated healthcare delivery system or consulting
- 1+ years of leadership experience in a relevant healthcare or consulting environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and make recommendations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
