What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the insurance billing process for the hospital and clinics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate effectively with various departments, clinics, and insurance companies
- Prioritize and communicate effectively to enhance the Revenue Cycle process
- Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and other office equipment for data entry and billing tasks
- Assist in resolving billing issues and inquiries from patients and payers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous medical billing experience preferred
- For remote work, at least 1 year of Critical Access Hospital or Rural Healthcare Clinic billing experience is required
