      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the insurance billing process for the hospital and clinics
      - Collaborate effectively with hospital departments, clinics, and insurance companies
      - Ensure accurate and timely billing of all claims
      - Maintain effective communication with federal agencies and third-party payers
      - Prioritize tasks independently to support the Revenue Cycle process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
      - Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and basic office equipment
      - Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency
      - At least 1 year of billing experience in a Critical Access Hospital or Rural Healthcare Clinic
      - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with Revenue Cycle processes
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
      - Experience with various billing software applications
      - Interest in contributing to community health initiatives
