      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the insurance billing process for the hospital and clinics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
      - Collaborate effectively with various hospital departments, clinics, and insurance companies
      - Prioritize and communicate with other departments to support the Revenue Cycle process
      - Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and other office equipment for data entry and billing tasks
      - Work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
      - Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
      - Previous medical billing experience preferred
      - One year of Critical Access Hospital and/or Rural Healthcare Clinic billing experience for remote option candidates

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in medical billing and coding
      - Familiarity with the Revenue Cycle process in a hospital environment
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
