What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process claims, manage accounts receivable, and ensure documentation compliance with payer guidelines
- Investigate and resolve claim denials, identifying trends to enhance reimbursement outcomes
- Communicate effectively with internal partners and stakeholders regarding billing requirements
- Utilize OCHIN tools to track deadlines and prioritize billing tasks for efficiency
- Demonstrate understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and apply knowledge to billing operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent technical and communication skills for high-quality customer service
- Experience in revenue cycle management or billing operations
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and payer requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in billing services for healthcare providers
- Knowledge of OCHIN systems and solutions
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and outcomes in billing operations
