- Process claims, manage accounts receivable, and maintain compliance with payer guidelines
- Investigate and resolve claim denials while identifying trends to improve reimbursement outcomes
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to clarify billing requirements
- Utilize OCHIN tools to track deadlines and prioritize billing activities
- Apply knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and OCHIN solutions to billing operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills for delivering high-quality customer service
- Technical skills relevant to billing operations and account management
- Foundational understanding of the U.S. healthcare system
- Experience in revenue cycle management or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in billing and customer service support within healthcare
- Familiarity with OCHIN systems and processes
- Proven track record of resolving billing issues and improving reimbursement outcomes
