      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze EOBs and post manual payments accurately
      - Identify payers with payment posting issues and resolve discrepancies
      - Correct payment posting errors efficiently
      - Investigate payment issues and address outstanding discrepancies and denials
      - Document all payment-related activities and communications thoroughly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience with revenue cycle management and billing for commercial and Medicaid plans
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
      - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      - Experience working with all commercial and government payor portals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with payment posting specifically in the autism space
      - Knowledge of denials and corrections in billing processes
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
