What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Post and analyze insurance and patient payments to appropriate line items, ensuring correct payments are issued
- Understand Out-Of-Network benefits and their relation to various fee schedules
- Identify trends in denials and payments to enhance documentation and collections
- Retrieve and process insurance Remittance Advice notices and Explanation of Benefits
- Communicate effectively with insurances, legal offices, providers, patients, and staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of medical payment posting experience with electronic and paper remittances
- Proficiency in electronic health records and medical billing programs (e.g., Navinet, Availity, Payer Portals)
- Strong understanding of insurance benefits including deductibles, co-insurances, copays, and out-of-pocket expenses
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 codes, modifiers, and HIPAA regulations
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CareCloud software
