      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage claims inventory to reduce outstanding accounts receivable
      - Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding outstanding balances
      - Gather and update patient information both in-person and over the phone
      - Utilize computer programs for revenue cycle activities and generate reports
      - Assist patients with billing and payment activities to increase cash flow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED
      - 2-3 years of Insurance Follow-up experience
      - Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors
      - Willingness to submit to a background check
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
      - Familiarity with insurance explanations of benefits and denial codes
      - Experience with electronic health records or similar software programs
      - Understanding of applicable federal and state regulations
