- Handle inbound and outbound calls, verifying insurance and patient benefits
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries effectively
- Communicate with insurance payers and escalate delays when necessary
- Meet performance goals in a dynamic healthcare call center environment
- Participate in training sessions to prepare for the role
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance call center
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and copay programs is a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting
