      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review medical claims, records, and other requested information for billing, coding, and compliance issues
      - Conduct coding reviews independently to assign correct ICD-10 codes and ensure accuracy
      - Maintain coding grids for MCAH services and provide guidance on their use
      - Coordinate recoupment efforts with Practice Manager and Revenue Cycle and Finance Departments
      - Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Risk Adjustment Coder in ICD-10-CM coding
      - Active Certified Coder Certification through AHIMA or AAPC
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum three years of payor work experience with medical records and coding systems
      - Strong knowledge of claims submission procedures, medical terminology, and coding systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
