What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire billing cycle, including charge entry, insurance adjudication, and payment posting
- Utilize medical terminology and coding for accurate billing and collections
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and maintain accurate statements
- Collaborate with multi-specialty coding and perform audits as necessary
- Stay updated with coding standards and practices to ensure quality and accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Coding Certification required (CPC or CCS)
- Minimum of 5 years of coding experience
- Experience with Epic, GECB, or Allscripts preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and the billing cycle

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-specialty coding experience and additional specialty coding certifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes in coding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
