What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process customer orders and requests for product repairs via phone, fax, and email
- Generate and transmit order confirmations while managing customer expectations on delivery timelines
- Support and initiate the pricing dispute process
- Process product replacement orders and coordinate the return/replacement of items
- Address and escalate customer issues as needed, providing warranty information and troubleshooting assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in customer service or call center roles
- Strong computer skills with experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong phone etiquette and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with medical devices is a significant advantage
