      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source and attract top medical device sales talent through various advanced techniques
      - Lead recruiting activities and strategic talent acquisition projects to meet business needs
      - Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers for offer negotiations and hiring processes
      - Craft engaging job descriptions that align with the employer's brand
      - Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a high-quality candidate experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related fields
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
      - Proven expertise in using MS Office Suite
      - Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including relationship management and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience recruiting for field sales professionals in the medical device, biotech, or pharma industry
      - Familiarity with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
      - Prior experience utilizing sourcing skills and systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Zoominfo
      - Proven success in leading project schedules and managing project sections
      - Substantial knowledge of talent acquisition policies and procedures
