What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop reporting and analyses to measure health plan trends and performance
- Partner with stakeholders to identify key performance drivers
- Lead the development and production of cost, revenue, and utilization reporting
- Manage project needs for various stakeholders, including designing communication processes and formal presentations
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis for business units throughout the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare industry
- Experience with analysis of healthcare claims data
- Bachelor's degree in economics, data analytics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or professional designation in Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Previous experience in a managed care or health services organization
