      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Project manage new customer medical equipment service contracts and ensure smooth transitions
      - Verify inventory of all contracted medical equipment assets
      - Support field service operations and assist with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) cases
      - Drive compliance with healthcare regulations and improve service delivery initiatives nationwide
      - Collaborate with internal teams and lead meetings with customers to address service needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and work experience
      - 2+ years of Biomed/Clinical Engineer field experience preferred
      - 2+ years of project management experience preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with skills in data analysis
      - Ability to travel up to 75% for customer site visits and training

      - Experience presenting to customer audiences and influencing stakeholders
      - Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and regulations
      - Previous experience in a similar role within the health technology sector
