What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Welcome, schedule, and check in patients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Promptly answer and return phone calls
- Schedule appointments in accordance with established guidelines
- Ensure patient forms and financial transactions are accurately completed and processed
- Consistently demonstrate empathy and compassion during all patient interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Valid and current CPR, First Aid Certification, and an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card required
- Minimum of six months' professional experience in a similar role, such as customer service or medical front office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using electronic record-keeping systems preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical Assistant certification or Associate degree in a health-related field
- Bilingual capabilities
- Experience with electronic medical records and billing software
