What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond accurately and professionally to technical and medical information inquiries via multiple communication channels
- Process fulfillments and provide clinical trial information, including after-hours on-call support
- Analyze inquiries and formulate responses using client-approved resources
- Identify and triage adverse events and product complaints, providing necessary support
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent academic/vocational qualification
- Active RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) equivalency
- Previous experience providing the knowledge and skills necessary for the role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical communications or related field
- Proficiency in interpreting complex medical and technical information
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in demanding situations
