What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in clinical dialogues with healthcare professionals and customers to provide accurate information
- Document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with guidelines
- Conduct literature analysis and respond to unsolicited inquiries regarding drug and medical device information
- Support clinical questions through verbal consultations and written communications
- Maintain quality and productivity standards while adhering to program scripts and guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current US healthcare professional license: PharmD
- Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Competent in using Call Center Telephone Technology and computer systems

- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive literature searches and presentations on specific topics
- Experience in building expertise in relevant therapeutic areas
