      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers and patients, addressing medical inquiries via phone and email
      - Manage inbound and outbound communications using approved scripts and documentation
      - Triage inquiries as on- or off-label and escalate as necessary to Medical Information Managers
      - Document all inquiries, adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with established procedures
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on training and resource development projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
      - 5+ years of customer-facing pharmaceutical industry experience, including medical information or clinical experience
      - Working knowledge of medical terminology and awareness of regulations related to Medical Information
      - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of hands-on clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension or related fields
      - 1+ years of medical writing experience
      - Understanding of performance metrics such as average speed to answer and customer satisfaction
      - Clinical experience in pulmonary hypertension and/or interstitial lung disease
