      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers and patients, addressing unsolicited medical inquiries
      - Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone and email using approved scripts and clinical resources
      - Document all inquiries, adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with established procedures
      - Collaborate with Medical Affairs colleagues on resource development and training initiatives
      - Identify training needs based on inquiry trends and assist in designing training programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) license
      - 5+ years of customer-facing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including medical information or clinical experience
      - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and regulations related to Medical Information
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational abilities
      - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension or interstitial lung disease
      - 1+ years of medical writing experience
      - Understanding of metrics related to customer service efficiency and satisfaction
      - Clinical experience in pulmonary hypertension, PH-ILD, and/or interstitial lung disease
