      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers and patients regarding unsolicited medical inquiries
      - Manage inbound and outbound communications using approved scripts and clinical resources
      - Document all inquiries, adverse events, and product complaints in compliance with established procedures
      - Collaborate with Medical Information Managers and other colleagues on training and resource development projects
      - Identify training needs based on inquiry trends and assist in designing training programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
      - 5+ years of customer-facing pharmaceutical industry experience or relevant clinical experience
      - Working knowledge of medical terminology and relevant regulations
      - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Ability to travel up to 10% and work weekends/holidays as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension or interstitial lung disease
      - 1+ years of medical writing experience
      - Familiarity with metrics related to customer service efficiency and satisfaction
      - Experience in critical care, pulmonology, or cardiology settings
