What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage healthcare provider inquiries received by phone or email and provide timely outbound communications using approved scripts
- Triage inquiries as on- or off-label and escalate those without approved responses to the appropriate Medical Information Manager
- Recognize and report adverse events and product complaints promptly, recording events in the relevant system
- Document all contacts, inquiries, and adverse events in accordance with established procedures
- Collaborate with Medical Information Managers and other colleagues on projects related to training and resource development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) certification
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including medical information or clinical experience
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and regulations related to Medical Information
- Excellent organizational and superb verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform successfully under pressure while managing multiple projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension or interstitial lung disease
- 1+ years of medical writing experience
- Understanding of metrics related to customer service efficiency and satisfaction
- Clinical experience in pulmonary hypertension and/or interstitial lung disease
