      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers and patients, addressing medical inquiries via phone and email
      - Triage inquiries to determine if they are on- or off-label and escalate when necessary
      - Document all communications, inquiries, adverse events, and product complaints in the designated system
      - Collaborate with Medical Information Managers and colleagues on training and resource development projects
      - Participate in the creation and revision of medical information documents and training programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) with State Licensure
      - Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing pharmaceutical industry experience, including medical information or clinical experience
      - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and awareness of medical information regulations
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to work under pressure while handling multiple projects and the flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension or interstitial lung disease
      - 1+ years of medical writing experience
      - Familiarity with metrics related to customer service efficiency and satisfaction
      - Clinical experience in pulmonary hypertension, PH-ILD, or interstitial lung disease
