      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing medical inquiries via phone and email
      - Manage and document inquiries, ensuring compliance and accuracy in responses
      - Identify and escalate urgent inquiries or those outside standard responses to the appropriate Medical Information Manager
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on training and resource development
      - Recognize and report adverse events and product complaints to relevant departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) license
      - 5+ years of customer-facing pharmaceutical industry experience, including medical information or clinical experience
      - Working knowledge of medical terminology and regulations related to Medical Information
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension or interstitial lung disease
      - 1+ years of medical writing experience
      - Familiarity with metrics related to customer service efficiency and satisfaction
      - Clinical experience specifically in pulmonary hypertension or related fields
