      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell and present private medical consulting services to U.S. Military Veterans seeking VA disability benefits
      - Establish rapport and demonstrate compassion while guiding clients through the intake process
      - Enter and update client information in the CRM system efficiently and accurately
      - Manage assigned leads and meet daily performance and activity metrics
      - Resolve client objections and concerns to highlight the value of the employer's services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
      - High School Diploma or equivalent; A.S. in Business preferred
      - Minimum of two years of metrics-based telephone sales or client relations experience
      - Ability to attend a six-week training program
      - Proficiency in MS Office, Google documents, CRM systems, and proprietary software applications

      - Experience in a high-volume customer environment
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow a structured intake script
      - Exceptional active listening skills with the ability to multitask effectively
      - Previous experience in overcoming objections and concerns in sales settings
