Base Pay: $22.66–$30.54/hr (experience-based tiers).
Shift Differentials: +$1.45/hr evenings • +$2.50/hr nights.
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000.
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case.
Perform testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, and Immunology; verify and release accurate results.
Communicate abnormal and critical values per policy to ensure timely provider/nursing notification.
Maintain specimen integrity; assist with accessioning, labeling, processing, and limited phlebotomy.
Complete/document QC/QA, calibrations, and proficiency testing; take corrective actions per SOP.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analyzers; coordinate vendor service as needed.
Monitor supply levels; maintain a clean, safe, CLIA/CAP-compliant laboratory.
Support readiness for regulatory and accreditation inspections.
Florida Medical Laboratory Technician license (or eligibility/application in progress).
High School diploma (required); Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Certification: MLT (ASCP), AMT, CPT, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of core lab workflows.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Prior hospital or reference lab experience preferred, but strong clinical rotations or complex specimen processing experience considered.
Ability to work across multiple benches in a high-volume, high-acuity setting.

About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Lab Technician (MLT – ASCP/AMT) to join our high-throughput Core Laboratory team. Full-time opportunities are available on Day shift (7:00a–7:30p) or Night shift (7:00p–7:30a) with rotating weekends.
As a Core Lab Generalist, you’ll rotate primarily through Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, and Immunology—with exposure to Microbiology and Blood Bank support as needed. Your role is essential in maintaining accurate, efficient turnaround times for the ED, ICU, NICU/PICU, oncology, cardiac, surgical, and inpatient services.
