      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage non-complex medical only claims and minor lost-time workers’ compensation claims
      - Confirm policy coverage and acknowledge claims upon receipt
      - Determine claim validity and compensability, establishing reserves and authorizing payments
      - Communicate claim status to customers, claimants, and clients
      - Assist other claims professionals with more complex claims as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in claims handling
      - Workers' Compensation experience required
      - Licensed as required jurisdictionally
      - Strong customer service and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with claims practice, relevant statutes, and medical terminology
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
      - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
      - Fast learner with a keen interest in the industry
