      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage non-complex medical only claims and minor lost-time workers' compensation claims
      - Confirm policy coverage and acknowledge claims upon receipt
      - Determine the validity and compensability of claims
      - Communicate claim status to customers, claimants, and clients
      - Assist other claims professionals with complex claims as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in claims handling
      - Workers' Compensation experience required
      - Licensed as required jurisdictionally
      - Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in risk management solutions or related fields
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
      - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
