      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform administrative tasks including telephone customer service, word processing, transcribing, filing, and calendaring
      - Act as the primary liaison for providers or programs, referring stakeholders to the appropriate contacts
      - Assist in coordinating the daily activities of providers or programs by maintaining files and preparing reports
      - Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for specified program policies and procedures
      - Schedule logistics and secure resources for program meetings, department events, conferences, and travel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
      - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role
      - Strong time management and critical thinking skills
      - Exceptional reading comprehension and active listening skills
      - Knowledge of customer service principles and administrative office procedures
