      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and audit exam reports sent from medical providers for completeness and accuracy
      - Ensure all medical coding is accurate and comprehensive
      - Verify that all necessary tests have been ordered, completed, and documented in the medical record
      - Coordinate with medical providers for clarification of reports as needed
      - Collaborate with in-house appointment schedules to arrange additional appointments for veterans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
      - Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
      - Ability to read and analyze medical reports effectively
      - Experience working with medical providers including credentialing, medical coding, and chart audits
      - Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as an allied medical professional or relevant vocational training in the medical field (e.g., LVN, CNA, EMT)
      - Direct healthcare experience in medical case management or quality assurance
      - Familiarity with military medical examinations or experience working with the VA
      - Understanding of general disability claims and audits
      - Experience assisting with medical tests, treatments, and procedures
