Job Description

- Copies and pastes information from translation vendor system to health management system, with strong attention to detail
- Collects and sorts data and distributes to their proper destination within the health information system
- Processing documents correctly for account management
- Responsible for timely entry of patient information into health information system following departmental guidelines
- Ensures that the confidentiality of all data collected and stored is maintained
- Manages accuracy of data received by following validation guidelines and obtains missing information when necessary
- High School Diploma
- Cable/Fiber internet and the ability to hardwire is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Teams

We're seeking talented individuals like you to join our team as Medical Documents Administrators. As a Medical Documents Administrator, you'll provide support to the Correspondence / Letter Writing Project team by copying information from the translation vendor system into the Medical Management system.
** 100% Remote but MUST have open availability to work between the hours of 8am-7pm CST, inclduing weekends ** NOTE: This is a 3-4 month project (may extend if needed) APPLY TODAY!
salary: $16.99 - $17 per hour
