      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and manage offender health records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
      - Retrieve health records for scheduled appointments and file offender health data
      - Initiate records for new or transferred intakes and review records for completeness
      - Prepare necessary reports and documentation as required
      - Operate office equipment, including copiers and fax machines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - One year of medical office experience in a physician/outpatient clinic, community hospital setting, or correctional environment
      - Familiarity with medical terminology
      - Experience with electronic health records and office equipment
      - Ability to perform electronic data input accurately

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of a medical terminology course
      - Experience working with electronic health records in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with office equipment usage, including copiers and fax machines
      - Previous experience in a correctional environment
