      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize, sort, process, and maintain patient files using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
      - Accurately enter and update patient information in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to track and report missing or invalid documentation
      - Provide comprehensive clerical support, including faxing, sorting orders, and filing
      - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Understanding of general usage/functions of Home Care EMR systems preferred
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in medical records or a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
      - Experience in a home health care environment
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
