      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, review, and accurately enter medical records and documentation into the case management system
      - Identify medical providers, relevant documents, and key information within submitted records
      - Review utilization review determinations to confirm medical treatment eligibility for IMR
      - Request missing records or clarification from appropriate parties
      - Ensure case files meet completeness and eligibility requirements before assigning to physician reviewers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of work experience required
      - Strong critical thinking and computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to work in a production-driven environment and manage multiple tasks
      - Experience in medical records or healthcare documentation is essential

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in utilization review preferred
